Our Pet-Friendly Policy

We are delighted to welcome you and your furry family members to our property. We understand that dogs are part of the family, and we are happy to provide a comfortable stay for both you and your pet. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests and neighbors, we have established the following pet policy.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines during your stay.

General Pet Rules

To maintain a comfortable and clean environment for everyone, we ask that you follow these simple rules:

  • Dogs Only: Our pet-friendly policy applies exclusively to dogs. We are unable to accommodate cats or any other pets at this time.
  • Keep Furniture Pet-Free: To ensure the comfort of future guests, please keep your dogs off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs.
  • Leash Policy: For the safety of your pet and out of respect for our neighbors, all dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the home.
  • Clean Up Promptly: Please be sure to clean up after your dog immediately. Dispose of all waste in the designated trash bins located outside the property.
  • Respect Our Neighbors: We ask that you help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by managing and limiting your dog’s barking.

Please review our fees and occupancy limits for guests staying with dogs:

  • Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted per unit.
  • Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per dog will be applied to your reservation.
  • Extended Stays: For reservations lasting longer than one week, an additional fee of $75 per dog will be charged for each subsequent week.

We trust that our guests will be responsible for their pets. Any property damage caused by a pet will be assessed by management. Charges for repairs or deep cleaning may be applied at our discretion.
